Refunds

A refund is only possible in exceptional cases, because the service begins to be prepared upon payment.

Unfortunately, we are a small business and we cannot refund the payment processing fees (usually when paying by card or certain bank transfers), except in exceptional cases, therefore I kindly ask you to purchase the service only if you are genuinely interested.

In case of cancellations on our side, full refund will be issued..

Refund is missing or late

If you have not received your refund, first contact your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received the money, please let us know via email at info@maktub.hr and we can help you locate the funds.

Exchanges and Gifts

The service, aside from refunds, can be transferred to another person once or purchased as a gift for someone else. Refunds of gifted services are not possible.
